The ‘Ya Khadijah Jan Vikas Abhiyan’ Initiative is designed to provide crucial economic support to needy men and women entrepreneurs, empowering them to establish and grow sustainable businesses. This initiative focuses on offering financial resources through a revolving fund and microfinance programs, enabling entrepreneurs to access capital without the barriers of traditional lending systems.
The revolving fund model allows entrepreneurs to borrow, repay, and then borrow again, creating a continuous cycle of support for small businesses. This ensures entrepreneurs have the financial flexibility to expand their businesses, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to India’s economic growth. In addition, microfinance initiatives offer small loans to individuals who might not have access to financial services, helping them start or scale their ventures.
Inspired by the legacy of Sayyeda Khadijah (s.a) ‘Malikatul Arab' the Queen of Arabia, whose support for the Prophet (saw) was very instrumental. Ya Zehra Trust channels the enduring spirit of resilience and compassion to empower communities across India.
